3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) plot77 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. plot77 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

6.1 Fair Play. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason the Company deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your plot77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable compliance checks.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of your account does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to termination, including any outstanding KYC obligations or financial claims by either party.
